1、工程概況Project Overview
雙立人工廠位于上海市，屋面原有的結(jié)構(gòu)為：混凝土結(jié)構(gòu).

2、現(xiàn)在存在的問題Problem existed now
現(xiàn)有的屋面發(fā)生滲漏，經(jīng)過我司技術(shù)人員到現(xiàn)場勘察后發(fā)現(xiàn)，主要的問題如下:
According to the survey in the factory site, The main problem is as follows:
原有的防水卷材老化、開裂嚴重，已失去防水功效。
The original waterproof coiled material is seriously aged and cracked, and has lost its waterproof effect
混凝土剛性自防水屋面由于混凝土施工后的一些質(zhì)量原因(如裂縫,蜂窩等)和后期的環(huán)境因素造成容易產(chǎn)生滲漏.
For Concrete base waterproof roof, leakage is easily caused by quality problems due to concrete installation like cracks and honeycomb and environment influence after finish
1、拆除屋面原有的舊防水卷材，并清運出廠；
2、打磨混凝土基層，采用粘接砂漿局部修復(fù)基層
3、采用西卡滲耐公司生產(chǎn)的1.5厚玻璃纖維內(nèi)增強帶纖維背襯G410-15F PVC卷材（GL類）對原有的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)進行滿粘固定。G410-15F PVC produced by Sika Sarnafil Company will be applied to the originals concrete structure with fully adhered system

G410-15F PVC產(chǎn)品技術(shù)參數(shù)及性能要求
1）、PVC類型：玻璃纖維內(nèi)增強帶纖維背襯PVC卷材，GL類
2）、厚度：1.5mm
3）、顏色：白色
4）、最大拉力（N/cm）: 不小于120；
5）、斷裂伸長率(%)： 不小于100；
6）、熱處理尺寸變化率(%)：不大于0.1；

5、西卡滲耐PVC防水系統(tǒng)在舊屋面改造中的優(yōu)勢

1）、整體防水效果好，熱風(fēng)焊接實現(xiàn)屋面無縫處理。

6、施工說明 Installation General Information

所有運到施工現(xiàn)場的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)密封貯存或包裝，搬運時防止對產(chǎn)品的損壞，卷材應(yīng)用帆布保護防潮，并存放在地勢高的地方，如托盤、木材上。一旦卷材在貯存時受潮浸水，卷材焊接質(zhì)量就會受到影響。
所有易燃材料應(yīng)存放在涼爽干燥處，遠離火星和明火。
All membranes delivered to the job site shall be in the original container or wrappings.Handle all materials to prevent damage.
Membrane rolls should be protected against exposure with canvas tarpaulins and must be stored on an elevated level, such as pallets, wood Logs…
All flammable materials shall be stored in a cool, dry area away from sparks and open flames.
平型屋面材料的施工程序應(yīng)事先計劃好，以適應(yīng)工地和天氣條件。
- 確定好每天的工作步驟。
- 確保工作面上能及時排水
- 確保每天的工作面都全部密封（當(dāng)日工作面，焊縫和周邊，壓條上的焊接等部位的防水…）
- 安排好工序，避免在新鋪好的屋面上行走，拖拉設(shè)備或存放物品。必要時，施工方應(yīng)保護卷材免受損壞。
- 在施工前和施工中，應(yīng)清除表面上的所有灰塵、碎屑。
The procedure for installing the flat roofing must be planned beforehand and adapted to the site and weather conditions.
- Define daily work stages.
- Ensure that rain water can drain off at all times.
- Make sure daily work stages are leak proof (waterproofing of daily stages, seams and perimeters welding over fastening bars…)
- Arrange word sequences to avoid use of newly constructed roofing as walking surface or for equipment movement and storage. where required, contractor shall provide all necessary protections to prevent membrane from damage.
- Prior and during application, all dirt, debris and dust shall be removed from surface.
焊接卷材時，搭接部分必須清潔干燥。對于滿粘系流，PVC卷材的搭接寬度應(yīng)為80mm。
When welding membrane, the overlap area must be clean and dry.
The overlap is 80mm for fully adhered applications.
只能采用西卡滲耐認可的焊接工具。
下列工具用于焊接西卡滲耐卷材：
1 手持式焊槍
2 20mm寬焊嘴
3 40mm寬焊嘴
4 壓輥
5 焊繩焊嘴
Only use welding tools approved by Sika Sarnafil.

粘結(jié)概況General Information - Adhering
? 808/606/ 膠粘劑 Sarnacol / 808/606/ adhesive
- 卷材只能粘附在耐熔劑、干燥且沒有灰塵的表面上，表面不能過度粗糙，被污染，或有其他類似問題。
- 鋪開西卡滲耐卷材，調(diào)整對齊，并向后折回大約一半的卷材寬度。
- 用膠輥和刮板分別在屋面基層和卷材底面上均勻地涂上一層滲耐808膠粘劑。
- 根據(jù)環(huán)境溫度，分段地涂膠粘劑，并使膠粘劑中的溶劑充分揮發(fā)(手觸檢查)。揮發(fā)時間在很大程度上取決于天氣條件、承載層和膠粘劑的用量。
- 待溶劑揮發(fā)后將卷材鋪在涂膠的承載層上，并使用手持式壓輥壓實。
- 折回另一半卷材，并重復(fù)上述程序。
